Exchange and return
Is the ordered product not what you expected, or is the size wrong? No problem! Using
our returns portal, you can easily return or exchange your order. You have 14 days to register your return once you have received the package. Please note: read the information below about the return process carefully if you want to exchange products.

Register
Enter your email address and order number and start your return. Select which items and quantities you want to return. Prefer an exchange? Please indicate which size/product you would like to receive in the field below the return reason. Also write this on the packing slip. We will send the correct size/items as soon as we have received your return.

Pay and pack
Choose a carrier and pay the return costs safely and easily online. Pack the items in the original, or in suitable packaging, and include the packing slip in the parcel. Please remove any old shipping labels.

Shipping
Send your return parcel via your chosen carrier.

Refund
We will process your return within two working days and you will receive the refund within five days to the account number used to pay for the order. Should the shipment be incomplete or damaged, we will credit only part of it. Any under or over value of an exchange will be credited or invoiced.

1.2 How can I exchange my products?

1.3 Why do I have to pay for returning my order?
The costs for shipping the parcels must be paid to the carrier. We choose not to include any return costs in the item's price. This is to encourage conscious shopping and avoid unnecessary returns.
1.4 When will I receive my refund if I return the products?
After we have received the products in good condition, we will provide you with a credit invoice for the returned products. After you have received the credit invoice, we will credit the purchaseamount within five days to the account used for payment.
